You can run a board any time with a minimum of 4 players of any rank, or combination of ranks.

Requirements for playing on a Qualifier Board
1)Must have 10 league matches in the past 2 years within the format
of the Board (8 or 9-Ball)

2)Players must be on a current active roster within the format
of the Board (8 or 9-Ball)
